Let me run this by everyone.  If you want to report a problem, e-mail me at Jshaddo@uark.edu and write up a ticket for them.  It’s very easy.  If you do it in a word document it will be easy.  Just forward it to me via e-mail.  Don’t just tell me what happened just give me quotes from each offender.  President Bush doesn’t write speeding tickets, the other people do that.  You guys need to do that.  I don’t have time for that stuff.  Thanks for serving in my cabinet.

I believe that this post, besides the massive amounts of misspelling, is a direct violation of amendment 1.

            He has also in the past been in violation of amendment 3.  I have nothing to back that up because he’s a crafty little home-scholar.  I don’t want to automatically exile him from posting but I would like him to clean up his act.  Justin, consider this your warning. I would hate to have to make an example of my Sec of Education, however if push comes to shove, I will.

Proposals –

            We need to make an amendment for Misspelled words.  I’m going to need Ashiddy to write that so we can send it in for approval. 

            I would also like to recommend my roommate – David Young to be honorary constitution signer.   It doesn’t have anything to do with Sign language but he wants to be the one that is that largest signature on the document. 

            We also need to re-name the Sec of Economics – Jennifer Bennett to Sec of Economics/Offical White House Intern – Jennifer Bennett

If there are any oppositions to any of these things let me know.  I will try to work them out or make someone else do it.

I can't really think of anything else to make people.  These are my suggestions for my cabinet.  I will assume that no one has any objections either.  You guys are in charge of writing tickets and posting to this website for the Kangaroo Court.  This is not a laughing matter, take the offenders down.  I’m sure I have left some people off, this is not intentional either.  Please let me know and I will bring you before the council for approval.   

Rule 1) Never end a post with the phrase or any variation of the phrase, "leave me lots of comments."  I've been on this thing for a few weeks now and it's really starting to get to me about that.  No one is that pathetic.  I've probably done it in the past too. 

Rule 2) If you are going to continue a thread of conversation with someone that has commented on your site, be courteous and put the comment on your site as well.  (ie. If Jshiddy posts, then Ashiddy comments, Jshiddy comments on his own site so people don't have to hunt down the responses.) It's only common courtsey.

Rule 3)  You shouldn't use any color combination that makes it really hard to read.  If I have to highlight the text to read it.  You are in violation of a Rule 3 offense..

Rule 4)  If you must have music behind your xanga, let's try to make it quality.  I'm not saying that I have to like the music, but the bit rate should be at least up to 8 track quality. 

Rule 5)  Pictures in the background that make it hard to read the text will also be counted as a violation.  Be warned.

Rule 6)  If you comment on a post other than the top one you need to post a comment on the top one letting them know that they should look below.
